The undesirability of such rejects is indisputable and caused by the explicit impossibility of creating the valuable family, by the high danger of the generation of children with the heavy pathology, by the instability of such rejects. And, nevertheless, it cannot be agreed with the marriage proposal about the start of these illnesses in the enumeration, which prevents the possibility of the entrance into the reject (besides the cases, when disease it reached that degree of gravity, with which it arises a question about the incapacity of face).
Sometimes marriage proposals contribute to overcoming illness, to return to the normal means of life.
